MY LIFE’S JOURNEY
How I became iSofia...MY JOURNEY WITH
THE THREE PRINCIPLES:
HOW EVERYTHING CHANGED...
Finding the Three Principles was the turning point in my life as it brought me a profound inner shift, with no effort. It was like all the dots finally connected and I saw clearly and simply the truth underneath all the methods and spiritual traditions I had encountered. It was the end of my self-help addiction and the beginning of my recovery. I immediately started feeling calm, more creative and having a sense of peace, even when I was dealing with difficult circumstances.
It felt like I woke up to a new life, where stress, constant worrying and insecurity did not affect me anymore.
The transformation was so drastic that I knew I had to share the Three Principles with the people I coach.
GOING DEEPER INTO THE THREE PRINCIPLES
I decided to do a year-long apprenticeship with Michael Neill, one of the most influential teachers of the Three Principles. I helped in the publication and translation of the Greek edition of his best-selling book Inside-Out Revolution. In working with him, I witnessed profound changes and transformations in people. As I mention in the forward of the book, I will never forget a lecture he did as part of an extensive Three Principles rehabilitation prison program in Portland, where one of the prison’s inmates stood up and said:
“Who would know that in prison, I would find my freedom”.
I am currently being mentored by George and Linda Pransky, who studied next to Syd Banks for many years. As trained psychologists they began to teach the principles in their work and became pioneers in this new field of psychology.
They have also trained many of today’s best known teachers, counselors and coaches who work with the three principles.
A huge impact on my deeper understanding of the Principles have also come from studying next to Elsie Spittle, Dicken Bettinger, Mark Howard and Aaron Turner.
